Due to the size and weight of inflatable products, some orders may ship via freight delivery. In such cases:

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Delivery & Inspection

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for inspecting their inflatable package(s) immediately.
If there is visible damage to the packaging:

  • Note the damage with the carrier before signing
  • Take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for claims or replacements.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
